• Chef Damon Lauder’s Duck, Duck, Goose
Chef Damon Lauder’s Duck, Duck, Goose was part flavorful and part flop. The first duck we sampled was cut into strips and resembled a very tasty, tender consistency.
The second duck on the dish was awkward, to be frank. The duck was shredded into a similar texture of tuna that you get out of a can.
The ‘goose’ portion of the sampling was made up of a gooseberry jam that really bought everything together. The gooseberry and duck strips were the focal point of this sample.
